Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-22
These terms cover fitlocale cloud, the hosted service at cloud.fitlocale.dev. It is provided by Bilel Saidi, a sole proprietor in Canada ("we"). The fitlocale package itself is open source under the MIT License, and these terms don't change that.
By buying or using fitlocale cloud, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you agree for that organization.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle takes payment, charges sales tax or VAT, issues invoices, and handles billing questions and returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew each month or year until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from your account page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and isn't renewed.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we show them on the pricing page at least 30 days before.
Using the service
- Your account is your GitHub account or organization. Access to reports follows your GitHub repository access.
- Your data: you keep all rights to the reports and screenshots you upload. We use them only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes. Reports are deleted after 30 days on Team and 90 days on Business.
- Don't upload what you mustn't share. Screenshots can show customer data: use fitlocale's
maskoption for it. Crop images in pull request comments can be opened by anyone who has the link until they expire. You can turn them off on your account page. - Fair use: uploads are limited to 2,000 files and 200 MB per run.
- Don't misuse it: no unlawful use, fraud or spam; no content that infringes someone else's rights; no attempts to probe, scrape, overload or break into the service or other customers' data; no storing anything other than fitlocale reports.
- Ours: the service, its software and its brand remain ours. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service; it transfers no ownership.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it is always available or error-free. An upload problem never fails your CI job. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms. We'll date each change on this page, and give at least 30 days' notice of changes that matter to paying customers. You can stop at any time by cancelling and uninstalling the GitHub App. We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, fraud, or a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where Bilel Saidi resides. Disputes go to the courts of that province, unless the law of your country gives you a right to go to your own courts.
